So, when something like this happens, I like to work out. Stretching, training, wailing on some poor innocent punching bags. I know I'm not the only one. And sometimes it's better to do it alone, but sometimes...it helps to have people around.

I was wondering - would anyone be interested in a sort of training group? We could work out together, teach each other, encourage each other.

Inmates should probably get permission, if you have Wardens, but you won't be treated differently as long as I have a say in it.
